CARDIAC CARE NURSE 3.-Cath lab

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is recruiting a Cardiac Care Nurse 3 for its Cath Lab-related clinical environment in Dhahran. The position provides advanced nursing care for complex patients while supporting safe clinical operations, patient outcomes and multidisciplinary collaboration. The nurse will use the nursing process throughout the patient journey, mentor developing staff, respond to emergencies and contribute to quality, patient-safety and professional-practice initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care to patients with complex cardiac and clinical needs while maintaining safety, dignity and comfort.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care from admission through discharge according to individual patient requirements.
• Support workflow and appropriate resource utilization within the assigned clinical area.
• Follow clinical protocols and participate in evaluating patient outcomes and improving quality of care.
• Respond promptly to emergency and life-saving situations using clinical judgment, critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Perform nursing procedures accurately and maintain a safe, clean and organized environment.
• Provide patient and family education consistent with the care plan, privacy requirements and cultural preferences.
• Precept new hires and trainees and provide mentorship to junior nursing staff.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy medications when the required competency has been completed and authorization applies.
• Apply appropriate guidelines when developing care plans and evaluating outcomes for palliative-care and cellular-therapy patients.
• Participate in unit initiatives, staff engagement, patient experience and the JHAH Professional Practice Model.

Requirements

• Three-year international diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current professional registered-nurse license, BLS and ACLS certification.
• Minimum four years of nursing experience, including at least two years in cardiac care or a related field.
• Full professional English proficiency; Arabic is preferred.
• Strong infection-control, medication-management and patient-documentation skills.
