Cluster Digital and Social Media Executive

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a Cluster Digital & Social Media Executive to manage digital storytelling and social media activity across its hotel portfolio. The role combines content creation, community engagement, campaign support and digital performance analysis. The executive will manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, create photography and video content, develop creative concepts and captions, and capture live content from hotel events and activations. The role also supports digital campaigns, email communications, website updates, SEO initiatives and paid advertising. Candidates should understand current social media trends, be comfortable with hands-on content production and coordinate effectively with creative, PR, media and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow hotel social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create photography, video and social content for digital channels.
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, captions and branded storytelling.
• Capture real-time content during hotel events and activations.
• Monitor digital performance and use insights to identify improvements.
• Support campaigns, online promotions, emailers, newsletters and paid advertising.
• Assist with website content updates and SEO initiatives.
• Coordinate with creative, PR, media and external agencies.
• Track competitor activity and emerging social media trends.
• Bring fresh ideas that strengthen digital engagement across the hotel portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital or social media role.
• Luxury hospitality or lifestyle-brand experience is advantageous.
• Strong digital and social media marketing knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• Hands-on photography, videography and content-creation skills.
• Experience with editing tools and platforms such as Canva, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Strong communication, coordination and community-management skills.
