Guest Engagement Agent

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a Guest Engagement Agent to create meaningful connections with guests before, during and after their stay. The role is centred on anticipating preferences, responding to requests and providing attentive service that builds lasting relationships. The agent will work closely with Front Stage operations and other departments to coordinate guest needs and maintain a personalised experience. The successful candidate should have experience in Reception, Guest Services or Front Stage within an international 5-star hotel, preferably a large property. Strong English communication, OPERA PMS knowledge and confidence in a multicultural environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a personalised point of contact for guests throughout their hotel journey.
• Anticipate preferences and respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements.
• Build positive relationships with guests and maintain a professional service presence.
• Coordinate guest requests with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments.
• Support VIP and special-attention guests when required.
• Use OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office accurately in daily operations.
• Record and communicate relevant guest information to support seamless service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and support effective service recovery.
• Maintain hotel standards and contribute to an engaging guest environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Reception, Guest Services or Front Stage in an international 5-star hotel, preferably 500+ rooms.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA PMS.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Multilingual or additional language skills are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and genuine guest-service orientation.
