Spa Therapist

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a Spa Therapist to deliver professional treatments while creating a welcoming and personalised guest experience. The therapist will perform massage, facial and body treatments in accordance with approved procedures and service standards, maintain strong working relationships within the spa team and help ensure that treatment rooms and shared spa areas remain immaculate. The role requires excellent personal presentation, preparation and organisation, together with a consistent focus on guest satisfaction. Candidates should hold an appropriate qualification or certification to practise as a Spa Therapist and have hands-on treatment experience. Retail sales and rebooking experience are advantageous, as is the ability to communicate confidently in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver massage, facial and body treatments according to approved procedures and guest requirements.
• Provide attentive and professional customer service throughout each treatment.
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas in immaculate condition.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and products before guest appointments.
• Follow company procedures, service standards and hygiene requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the spa team.
• Identify suitable retail and rebooking opportunities when appropriate.
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding treatments, preferences and aftercare.
• Maintain a polished, organised and professional appearance.
• Support the spa team in achieving service, quality and guest-satisfaction objectives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in massage, facial and body treatments.
• Relevant certification or qualification to practise as a Spa Therapist.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to follow company procedures and service standards.
• Retail and rebooking sales experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional presentation, attention to detail and a guest-focused approach.
