Description

Provide specialist psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention for women experiencing mental health and emotional wellbeing concerns. The role requires compassionate clinical practice, appropriate risk assessment and close collaboration with medical and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and formulate individualised care plans based on clinical needs.
  • Provide appropriate evidence-based psychological interventions and monitor treatment progress.
  • Assess and manage clinical risk, escalating concerns through established pathways when required.
  • Maintain confidential, accurate clinical documentation and communicate appropriately with the care team.
  • Contribute to patient education, multidisciplinary case discussions and service development.

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant clinical psychology qualification and professional registration appropriate to UAE practice
  • Experience: Clinical experience in psychology with specialist women's mental health exposure
  • Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
