Description

Act as a visible, welcoming point of contact for patients, visitors and families, helping create a positive experience from arrival through the patient journey. The role supports patient flow, manages service concerns and works closely with administrative and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors and provide clear guidance at key service touchpoints.
  • Monitor waiting periods, communicate delays and help maintain smooth clinic flow.
  • Identify service concerns early, provide appropriate recovery and escalate complex complaints.
  • Maintain accurate feedback records and share recurring issues that can improve patient experience.
  • Support non-clinical patient needs and promote consistent service behaviours across assigned areas.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary school education; relevant customer service or healthcare training preferred
  • Experience: Experience in patient relations, customer service or healthcare front-office operations
  • Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
