Bartender, Nobu By The Beach – Atlantis the Royal

The Bartender at Nobu by the Beach prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while helping create a polished and welcoming bar experience. The position requires sound beverage knowledge, attention to sanitation and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Working closely with restaurant colleagues, the bartender contributes to efficient service, accurate orders and a consistent experience for a diverse international clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes, presentation expectations and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests professionally, answer beverage questions and help the service team anticipate needs during busy periods.
• Keep bar tools, equipment, glassware and work surfaces clean, stocked and ready for service.
• Follow responsible service practices, hygiene rules and applicable safety procedures throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock and communicate replenishment needs, product shortages or equipment faults to the supervisor.
• Coordinate beverage timing with floor and kitchen colleagues to maintain the overall flow of restaurant service.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar bartending role is expected.
• WSET Level 2 or a comparable bar course is required.
• Strong communication, teamwork and multitasking skills are important.
• Candidates should be confident interacting with a diverse clientele and maintaining high sanitation standards.
• A professional approach, reliable attendance and flexibility during busy service periods are expected.
