Attendant, Wellness – Atlantis the Royal

The Wellness Attendant helps maintain a calm, clean and welcoming environment across spa, wellness and fitness facilities. The role combines guest assistance with detailed cleaning, stocking and preparation of public areas, treatment spaces and amenities. The successful candidate will be discreet and attentive, understand the sensitive nature of a spa environment, and communicate clearly with guests, reception colleagues, therapists and fitness staff. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional team focused on consistent service, quality and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, remain visible and approachable, and respond to requests with a friendly and discreet manner.
• Clean and maintain changing rooms, showers, relaxation areas, hammam, fitness areas, reception spaces and other assigned facilities.
• Restock linen, towels, amenities and supplies, removing used items and keeping lockers and displays ready for guests.
• Assist therapists with treatment-room preparation when required and help maintain sanitary conditions throughout the day.
• Coordinate with reception and wellness colleagues so guest needs and movements are communicated clearly.
• Complete cleaning lists, attend briefings and training, and report unusual behaviour, equipment faults or guest concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A good level of spoken English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous work in a similar facility, housekeeping, public-area cleaning or guest-contact role is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions are essential.
• Candidates must understand the need for discretion, personal space and a peaceful spa environment.
• Flexible scheduling and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are expected.
