Coach, Wellness (Yoga / Breathwork practitioner)

The Wellness Coach supports guests with personalized fitness and wellbeing requests, including yoga, breathwork and personal training sessions. The role combines safe exercise guidance with an attentive approach to the guest experience and care of the fitness environment. The successful candidate will be professionally certified, comfortable adapting sessions to guest needs, and committed to keeping equipment and spaces clean, organized and ready for use. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional team focused on consistent service, quality and operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver yoga, breathwork or personal training sessions in line with guest requests, professional qualifications and resort safety standards.
• Understand guest needs and adapt session pace and approach appropriately, while working within the limits of professional training.
• Monitor fitness equipment and report any defects, cleanliness concerns or safety issues promptly.
• Prepare towels, refreshments, reading materials and other guest amenities in keeping with the resort’s service standards.
• Attend daily briefings, stay informed about resort activities and coordinate with managers and colleagues when priorities change.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance, follow health and safety procedures and participate in required training.

Requirements and Qualifications

• An internationally recognized yoga instructor qualification and a personal trainer certificate are required.
• High school graduation is expected.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and administrative skills are important.
• Candidates should be guest-focused, safety-conscious and comfortable delivering services independently as well as within a team.
• Flexible scheduling is required to meet resort operational needs.
