Associate Relationship Manager

This position supports relationship managers and business leaders in managing client relationships, preparing credit materials and developing commercially sound banking proposals. The role combines financial analysis, relationship support, documentation control and coordination with specialist banking teams. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable banking operations, protect service quality and help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining appropriate controls. This is a full-time opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare credit approval packages, committee materials and relationship documentation.
• Perform financial and qualitative analysis for new, amended, refinanced and annual-review requests.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, business heads and product partners to support client needs.
• Validate client information and monitor counterparty creditworthiness and market developments.
• Maintain compliance documentation, pipeline information, review dates and required service standards.

Requirements

• Strong financial and credit-analysis skills and ability to prepare management presentations.
• Knowledge of credit policies, procedures and relevant banking products.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with relationship and product teams.
• Good customer orientation, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant banking or credit experience is expected.
