Agent – Business Team (Russian Speaker Only)

flydubai is looking for an Agent - Business Team to provide personalized assistance to business-class passengers throughout their airport journey. This customer-facing position is designed for a Russian-speaking professional who can deliver attentive VIP service from arrival and check-in through security, immigration, lounge access and departure. The role requires strong communication, discretion, customer focus and the ability to coordinate with airport stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome business-class passengers on arrival and assist with check-in, luggage handling and special requests.
• Provide personalized assistance through security checkpoints and immigration procedures.
• Escort and assist passengers to business-class lounges and departure gates as required.
• Provide information about flight schedules, airport facilities, amenities and relevant services.
• Meet and assist business-class customers at designated airport touch points.
• Prioritize passenger requirements and respond promptly to service requests.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Liaise with airport personnel and other stakeholders to coordinate smooth passenger movement.
• Follow all applicable safety, security and airport operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions, feedback and incidents during duty periods.
• Complete assigned operational tasks and information-security requirements.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent two-year qualification.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience is indicated for the role.
• Fluent English and Russian language capability are required for the customer group served by this position.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and remain flexible in a busy airport environment.
• Strong personal accountability, resilience and commitment to service quality.
