Description
flydubai is building a pipeline of UAE National talent for Coordinator - Airport Services opportunities at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC). The role supports passengers across check-in, departures, transfers, boarding and arrivals while helping maintain smooth ground operations. Coordinators are expected to provide professional customer service, monitor passenger flows, support on-time performance and ensure airport activities follow company and regulatory safety and security standards. This opportunity is specifically for UAE Nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support airport operations across check-in, departures, transfer desks and arrivals on a rotating basis.
- Set up check-in areas and help allocate desks, manpower and operational resources according to passenger demand.
- Monitor queues and passenger flow and assist with adjustments to maintain efficient processing.
- Apply flight opening and closure procedures, baggage policies, credit checks and documentation requirements.
- Provide accurate assistance and information to passengers and relevant operational stakeholders.
- Support timely boarding commencement and close-out to protect on-time performance.
- Assist passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas, including baggage and connecting-flight support.
- Monitor passenger embarkation, disembarkation, turn-around and baggage activities in accordance with safety and security requirements.
- Support arrivals and baggage reclaim processes and assist customers when issues arise.
- Coordinate with airport stakeholders during delays, disruptions and other operational situations.
- Apply company policies, processes and procedures consistently.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 12,000
- Child Allowance: AED 500
- Shift Pattern: Variable, including 4-on/4-off or 5-on/2-off schedules
Requirements
- UAE National candidates only.
- High school diploma.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Two years of airline operations experience is desirable.
- Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong customer focus, teamwork, communication, accountability and flexibility.
