Manager – Supply Planning

Job Overview

Landmark Group is seeking a Manager - Supply Planning in Dubai. The role is responsible for end-to-end inventory control, stock movement, clearance management, system updates and store support across UAE operations. The position aims to optimise stock utilisation while balancing product availability, ageing inventory and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across distribution centres, stores, outlets and clearance locations.
• Monitor stock availability, excess, ageing and slow-moving inventory and drive corrective action.
• Develop stock movement and allocation plans based on demand, capacity and business requirements.
• Optimise inventory to balance availability and working capital.
• Manage ageing and obsolete stock and coordinate appropriate clearance actions.
• Support store requirements through timely stock movements and allocation decisions.
• Maintain accurate system updates and inventory information.
• Work closely with supply planning, commercial and store teams to align inventory decisions with business strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in supply planning, inventory management, merchandise planning or a related retail function.
• Strong understanding of inventory availability, ageing, stock movement and allocation.
• Analytical ability to interpret stock and demand information.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a structured approach to inventory optimisation.
