Description
The Pricing Excellence and PMO Intern supports the MEA pricing team with market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, pricing knowledge management, and project coordination. The role helps gather and analyse information, document pricing processes, maintain learning resources, and track actions across capability-building initiatives. It is suited to an organised and analytical intern who is interested in commercial strategy and structured programme support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organise competitive benchmarking and market-intelligence data for pricing analysis across the MEA region.
- Compare information from different sources and help map trends, price positioning, and commercial insights.
- Document pricing processes, tools, systems, governance steps, and the end-to-end pricing journey.
- Maintain learning materials and knowledge resources for the Pricing Academy and the team’s SharePoint site.
- Provide PMO support for pricing upskilling projects by tracking milestones, actions, deliverables, and key dates.
- Support communication and knowledge-sharing activities for the regional Pricing and Quotation community.
- Prepare clear summaries and presentations that make findings and programme progress easy for stakeholders to understand.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current study or a relevant background in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Analytics, or a related area is appropriate.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with structured data and spreadsheets.
- Good organisation for document management, action tracking, and project coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clear written and verbal communication.
- Curiosity about pricing, market research, commercial decision-making, and continuous learning.
