Stewarding Team Leader

The Stewarding Team Leader supervises daily cleaning and sanitation operations at Radisson Hotel Damac Hills. The role leads the stewarding team, ensures that kitchens and dishwashing areas remain hygienic, and keeps clean utensils, crockery and equipment available to hotel outlets. It also includes equipment care, stock monitoring, chemical safety, waste segregation and coordination with kitchen and food-and-beverage colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning and stewarding activities across kitchens, dishwashing zones and back-of-house areas.
• Allocate tasks and support colleagues in completing work efficiently and on schedule.
• Ensure clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment are available for service.
• Monitor dishwashing machines, cleaning chemicals and equipment handling procedures.
• Inspect work areas, track breakages and report missing or damaged items.
• Train team members in hygiene, safety, waste separation and efficient work practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• One to two years of hotel stewarding or similar hospitality experience is requested.
• Previous team-leader experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation and food-safety standards is important.
• Candidates should understand dishwashing equipment and safe chemical handling.
• Good leadership and organizational skills, physical fitness and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected.

Employment Details

Full-time role at Radisson Hotel Damac Hills, Dubai. The monthly base salary is AED 1,700.
