Steward

The Steward helps keep hotel kitchens supplied with clean and sanitized equipment so culinary and food-and-beverage teams can work without delay. Daily tasks focus on washing and storing dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and utensils, maintaining a clean work area and completing duties assigned by the stewarding supervisor. The role requires consistency, practical teamwork and care when handling kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize and store dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain clean kitchen, dishwashing and back-of-house work areas.
• Ensure clean supplies are replenished for the kitchen and hotel outlets.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation and safe equipment-handling procedures throughout each shift.
• Report damaged items, shortages or equipment problems to the appropriate supervisor.
• Complete assigned projects and cooperate with kitchen colleagues during busy service periods.

Employment Details

Full-time position in Dubai. Accommodation at Al Khail Gate and average service charge are listed. The monthly base salary is AED 1,200, with average service charge and accommodation.
