Guestroom Attendant

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to maintain a clean, comfortable and carefully presented environment for hotel guests. This position covers guest rooms in use as well as check-out rooms, with attention to detail across bedrooms, living areas, dining spaces and bathrooms. The attendant also contributes to personalized service through thoughtful turndown preparation and awareness of guest needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, dust and sanitize bedroom, living room, dining area and bathroom according to housekeeping procedures.
• Service both occupied rooms and check-out rooms while following the required room-attendant workflow.
• Provide turndown service and prepare rooms so they are orderly, welcoming and ready for guests.
• Check room presentation, supplies and cleanliness carefully before considering a room complete.
• Notice opportunities to personalize service and pass guest requests or maintenance concerns to the appropriate team.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment correctly and follow hygiene, safety and property procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least one year of hotel housekeeping experience is considered an advantage rather than a strict requirement.
• Strong organization and a careful eye for cleanliness, presentation and small details.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work as part of a housekeeping team.
• A respectful attitude toward guest privacy, belongings and room access procedures.
• Ability to manage assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining established quality standards.
