Lounge Hostess, Elements – Atlantis The Royal

Atlantis The Royal is recruiting a Lounge Hostess for Elements. The hostess is the first point of contact for guests and helps create a welcoming, smooth arrival experience. The position includes greeting guests, communicating waiting times, managing the waiting list, guiding guests to their seats and coordinating with the lounge team to maintain an organised front-of-house operation.

The role requires a confident and natural communication style, polished presentation and the ability to remain welcoming during busy service periods. The hostess should help guests feel acknowledged from arrival to departure and share relevant information with colleagues so that seating and service arrangements remain coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests when they arrive and create a positive first impression.
• Provide accurate information about expected waiting times.
• Monitor the waiting list and coordinate the flow of arriving guests.
• Escort guests to available tables or seating areas.
• Communicate guest needs and special requests to the lounge team.
• Maintain a courteous and professional approach throughout the guest visit.
• Support a smooth departure experience and consistent front-of-house standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• International exposure in a similar position or around two years in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work positively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
