Atlantis The Royal is recruiting a Hostess for Carbone. The hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays an important role in setting the tone for the dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, advising them of waiting times, monitoring the waiting list, showing them to their tables and bidding them farewell when they leave.

The position requires natural conversation, confident communication and a welcoming approach. The hostess should be comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant, work positively with service colleagues and make sure that guest arrivals and seating are handled efficiently. The team provides training and leadership support to help colleagues develop their food and beverage knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Explain waiting times and monitor the waiting list.
