Atlantis The Royal is looking for a Head Hostess at Nobu by the Beach. The position plays an important part in shaping the guest’s first and last impressions, using natural conversation and attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere. The Head Hostess works closely with the bar and dining teams and helps maintain an organised, professional front-of-house experience in a busy luxury restaurant.

The successful candidate should be confident communicating with international guests without sounding scripted or intrusive. The role requires a service-minded approach, an understanding of the restaurant environment and the ability to work positively with colleagues while managing the flow of guest interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a natural, friendly first impression.
• Communicate with guests in a confident, courteous and professional manner.
• Coordinate with bar and dining colleagues to support smooth guest flow.
• Assist with seating arrangements and communicate guest requirements to the team.
• Maintain awareness of service activity and respond to guest needs promptly.
• Support consistent front-of-house standards during busy operating periods.
• Help ensure that guests feel acknowledged throughout their visit.

Requirements and Qualifications

• International experience in a related field or around two years in a luxury hotel and restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
