University Hospital Sharjah is recruiting for the Staff Nurse - Female General Ward position in Sharjah, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for female general-ward patients.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, treatment response and changes in condition.
• Administer medications safely within scope of practice.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Document care accurately from admission through discharge.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Maintain infection control, patient safety and confidentiality.
• Participate in quality improvement, emergency preparedness and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Job Requirements

• BSc Nursing or Diploma of Nursing with at least three years of study.
• Relevant post-graduation clinical nursing experience.
• BLS certification and professional licensing as required.
• Strong English communication and computer literacy.
• Previous UAE or internationally accredited-hospital experience is advantageous.
