Job Overview

Mediclinic Middle East is recruiting for the Registered Nurse - Operating Theatre position at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centred, evidence-based nursing care within operating-theatre nursing.
• Assess patients, identify risks and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely within professional scope.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Promote infection prevention, patient safety and positive patient experiences.
• Support education, mentoring and continuous professional development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or recognized equivalent.
• Relevant clinical experience; specialist experience in the advertised unit is preferred or required as stated in the vacancy.
• Valid BLS and any specialty-specific life-support certification requested for the role.
• Current professional registration and UAE licensing/eligibility as applicable.
• Strong English communication, computer literacy and patient-safety knowledge.
