Description

Coordinate communication and operational readiness between healthcare facilities and emergency medical operations partners. The role supports emergency preparedness, surge planning, incident response, patient transfer coordination and accurate reporting during routine and major events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate timely information exchange during emergencies, major incidents and mass-casualty situations.
  • Support hospital preparedness activities, surge-capacity planning and readiness testing.
  • Provide current facility-capacity information and assist with coordinated response actions.
  • Maintain accurate emergency activity records and prepare required incident and preparedness reports.
  • Build effective working relationships with hospitals, emergency services and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or higher in healthcare, administration or emergency management
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in emergency and disaster management or hospital preparedness
  • Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
