Recreation /Kids Club Attendant – Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island

The Recreation/Kids Club Attendant helps create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for children and families at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island. The role supports scheduled activities, keeps the club’s equipment clean and organized, communicates facility information to guests and works with the recreation supervisor to maintain safety standards. It combines attentive guest service with reliable daily checks and practical support for children’s activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for children attending the kids club or crèche.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules set by the recreation supervisor.
• Check toys and equipment, maintain an inventory and arrange for items to be cleaned or repaired.
• Keep the club, crèche and related facilities clean, tidy and ready for use.
• Explain rules, opening times, facilities and available activities to parents and guests.
• Respond to enquiries confidently and report safety, maintenance or operational concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in a similar recreation or kids-club position is beneficial but not essential.
• A flexible, positive attitude and genuine interest in guest service are important.
• Candidates should have good verbal communication and attention to detail.
• The ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures is essential.
• Willingness to assist with other reasonable duties assigned by management is expected.
