Telephone Operator

Provide professional telephone and communication support for the hotel while helping guests and callers reach the appropriate service or department. The role requires a warm, clear communication style, accurate message handling and consistent follow-up. This full-time opportunity is based in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer hotel calls promptly using professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist guests and callers with general enquiries and hotel information.
• Route calls accurately to the appropriate department or colleague.
• Record and communicate messages clearly and promptly.
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments.
• Handle urgent or sensitive calls according to established procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in telephone operator or a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
