Description
Park Hyatt is seeking a Outlet Manager - The Lagoon Family for its food & beverage / outlet operations / hospitality operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the assigned outlet and maintain efficient, professional and flexible service.
- Maintain a visible presence during service and support the team during peak periods.
- Lead briefings covering reservations, VIP guests, menu updates, promotions and operational priorities.
- Train, coach and develop team members in service standards, menu knowledge, upselling and guest engagement.
- Plan staffing levels, schedules and deployment according to forecasted business volumes.
- Monitor guest experience, respond to enquiries and resolve complaints with appropriate service recovery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of F&B service experience including supervisory or management responsibility in luxury hospitality
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / related field
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
