Outlet Manager – The Lagoon Family

Park Hyatt Dubai is hiring for the position of Outlet Manager - The Lagoon Family in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time opportunity for a senior-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. The role requires dependable execution, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Candidates should be comfortable working within established procedures while adapting to changing operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations and maintain efficient, professional and flexible service.
• Ensure employees understand menus, promotions, service procedures and guest expectations.
• Plan staffing, coach employees and follow up on performance and training needs.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement appropriate service recovery and improvement actions.
• Control inventory, operating equipment, POS procedures, billing and departmental supplies.
• Drive revenue through suggestive selling, promotions and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations and other departments.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, grooming and luxury service standards across all operating periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality/F&B or related field; 3-5 years relevant F&B service experience including supervisory/management responsibility in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
