Waiter/ess – White Service – Jumeirah Saadiyat Island

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Waiter/ess for White Service, supporting a polished restaurant experience at the resort. The role requires attentive, personalised service, strong menu knowledge and close coordination with culinary colleagues. Candidates should be confident responding to guest requests, maintaining table presentation and creating a comfortable dining atmosphere for an international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Explain menu dishes, ingredients and beverage pairings clearly, including answering questions about preparation and dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Team to ensure correct food pickup, timely delivery and consistent presentation at each table.
• Prepare table settings, serve food and beverages with precision and maintain immaculate presentation during service.
• Enter orders and special requests accurately into the point-of-sale system and communicate updates to kitchen colleagues.
• Remain attentive without interrupting the guest experience, responding quickly to requests and keeping assigned areas organised.
• Work with colleagues to resolve service concerns and contribute to memorable, high-quality dining experiences.

Requirements

• Previous waiter or restaurant-service experience is preferred, especially in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality setting.
• A hospitality diploma or degree is useful for this role.
• Good English communication and a professional approach to guests from varied backgrounds are important.
• Candidates must follow food-safety, hygiene and workplace procedures and be flexible with shift schedules.
