Property Management Techno-Functional Consultant

United Al Saqer Group is hiring a Property Management Techno-Functional Consultant to support and optimize LEMS and connected property-management applications. The position combines real-estate business knowledge with system configuration and technical troubleshooting across leasing, contracts, billing, tenant refunds, service charges, property expenses and finance integration. The consultant will translate requirements from Property Management, Leasing, Finance and IT teams into workflows, configurations, reports and practical system solutions. Responsibilities include supporting Oracle Fusion Financials integrations, system enhancements, data migration, UAT, regression testing, production support and root-cause analysis. The role also covers dashboards, reporting, master data, security roles and approval workflows. Candidates should have hands-on LEMS experience and a strong understanding of commercial, residential or mixed-use property operations. Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management abilities are important because the position works closely with business users, technology teams, vendors and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leasing activities including unit allocation, lease creation, renewals, amendments, terminations and tenant move-in/move-out.
• Configure and support contracts, billing, tenant refunds, CAM/service charges and property expense processes.
• Maintain property structures and related master data across communities, buildings, floors, units and parking spaces.
• Support LEMS integration with Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, revenue recognition and SLA.
• Coordinate interfaces between LEMS, ERP, CRM, payment gateways and document-management systems.
• Support implementations, upgrades, enhancements, rollouts and data migration activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases and technical documentation.
• Execute UAT, regression and integration testing and support defect resolution, go-live and hypercare.
• Configure dashboards and reports and reconcile data between LEMS and finance systems.
• Manage system roles, approval workflows and access controls and provide user training and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in property management, real-estate systems, ERP or related technology environments.
• At least 3 years of hands-on LEMS experience.
• Experience with leasing, contracts, tenant refunds, billing, CAM/service charges and property expense configuration.
• Strong Oracle Fusion Financials experience across relevant finance modules.
• Experience with LEMS implementation, upgrades, UAT, reporting, troubleshooting and production support.
• Experience working with Finance, IT, business users, vendors and implementation partners.
• Property-management or real-estate industry experience is preferred.
