Procurement Manager| Fit-out | Royal Wood Factory

United Al Saqer Group is recruiting a Procurement Manager – Fit-Out for Royal Joinery, responsible for leading procurement activities supporting joinery, interior fit-out and construction projects. The position will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier and subcontractor relationships, negotiate commercial terms and ensure materials and services are delivered on schedule without compromising quality or compliance. The manager will oversee the complete procurement cycle from material planning and supplier selection through purchase orders, delivery coordination and payment processes. Close coordination with project, engineering, production and finance teams will be required to align purchasing with project schedules and production requirements. The role also includes monitoring market prices and material availability, identifying savings opportunities, managing supply risks, optimizing inventory and reviewing procurement documentation. Candidates should bring substantial UAE procurement experience in fit-out, joinery or construction, with strong knowledge of interior materials, MEP and finishing products and an established supplier network.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and project requirements.
• Lead sourcing, supplier evaluation and selection of vendors and subcontractors.
• Negotiate prices, contracts and commercial terms to achieve cost-effective purchasing outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor quality, reliability and delivery performance.
• Oversee procurement from material planning and purchasing through delivery and payment coordination.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, production and finance teams to meet project schedules.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and material availability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage inventory requirements and reduce risks of shortages or excess stock.
• Review and approve purchase orders and procurement documentation in line with company procedures.
• Prepare procurement reports, analyze spending and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor and develop procurement team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• UAE experience in fit-out, joinery or construction procurement is required.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, joinery, MEP and finishing materials.
• Established network of UAE suppliers and subcontractors is preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management and cost control.
• Ability to plan procurement schedules and support timely project delivery.
• Strong understanding of UAE procurement practices, commercial contracts and industry requirements.
