Fit-Out Site Foreman

Royal Joinery, part of United Al Saqer Group, is looking for a Fit-Out Site Foreman to supervise site activities and support successful delivery of joinery and interior fit-out projects. The role is responsible for day-to-day site management, workforce and subcontractor supervision, communication between project stakeholders and maintaining required health, safety and quality standards. The foreman will work closely with project managers, production teams, contractors and clients to coordinate activities, resolve site issues and keep work progressing according to schedule. Responsibilities include preparing project schedules, monitoring labour and subcontractor performance, controlling material releases, maintaining site survey records and acting as a technical point of contact for site-level issues. The position requires practical experience across joinery, MEP, civil and interior finishing works, including villa and high-rise projects. Candidates should have at least three years of UAE experience in a similar field, strong English communication skills and familiarity with relevant raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate activities with the Project Manager.
• Supervise and monitor labour teams and subcontractors to maintain project progress and standards.
• Coordinate communication among clients, contractors, production teams and site personnel.
• Ensure site activities comply with health, safety and security requirements.
• Inspect completed work and support quality-control activities.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against planned activities.
• Act as a technical site contact and help resolve construction and fit-out issues.
• Monitor material quantities and quality and control material releases from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate site survey and project records.
• Coordinate MEP, civil, joinery and interior fit-out activities for villas and high-rise projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of UAE experience in a relevant fit-out or site-supervision role.
• Proven joinery and interior fit-out experience.
• Experience handling MEP, civil, joinery and interior FF works is required.
• Exposure to villa or high-rise building projects is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of relevant raw materials and site processes.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors and project stakeholders on site.
