Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician supports property maintenance at Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City. The role focuses on HVAC maintenance within the engineering function. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned maintenance tasks for HVAC systems and related property equipment.
• Assist with inspections and planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns and maintain reliable operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly, assessing faults and escalating complex issues when required.
• Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to limit disruption to hotel operations and guests.
• Keep work areas organized and follow relevant safety, operational and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain appropriate records of completed tasks and report equipment, inventory or performance concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance is requested.
