ABA Therapist

Small Steps Big Dream, a dedicated provider of evidence-based therapeutic services for children across Dubai, is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate ABA Therapists to join its growing clinical team for the upcoming Academic Year 2026. This is a meaningful full-time opportunity for certified therapy professionals who are passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children with behavioral, developmental, and learning challenges.

Working under the guidance of senior therapists and clinical supervisors, successful candidates will deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis sessions across multiple locations throughout Dubai. The role demands flexibility, emotional intelligence, and a genuine commitment to child-centered care within a collaborative, nurturing team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized ABA therapy programs aligned with each child's individual treatment goals and behavioral intervention plan.
• Conduct structured one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support children's behavioral, communication, social, and daily living skill development.
• Monitor and document each child's progress systematically, maintaining detailed and accurate therapy session notes and data records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and families to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Travel to various Dubai locations as operationally required to provide in-home, in-school, or center-based therapy services.
• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and clinical supervision discussions to maintain service quality and professional development.

Requirements

• ABAT (Applied Behavior Analysis Technician) or IBT (Individualized Behavior Technician) Certification is mandatory.
• CDA (Child Development Associate) License is preferred and will be viewed favorably.
• Must hold a valid UAE residency visa at the time of application.
• Demonstrated willingness to work across multiple therapy settings and locations within Dubai.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with children, families, and fellow clinicians.
• Sound knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral intervention techniques, and ethical therapy documentation standards.

Salary: AED 5,500–8,500 per month (Estimated)
