Accountant

A well-established General Trading Company based in Dubai is actively seeking 2 to 3 skilled and motivated Accountants to reinforce its expanding finance department. This is a full-time opportunity suited for junior to mid-level accounting professionals who are committed to building a strong career in a structured, team-oriented setting within one of the UAE's most dynamic commercial sectors.

The company values candidates who bring a solid grounding in accounting fundamentals alongside practical knowledge of UAE financial compliance requirements. Professionals with hands-on experience across the full accounting cycle are given priority; however, driven individuals who display genuine enthusiasm for learning and career advancement will equally be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, verify, and process daily financial transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in carrying out full-cycle accounting duties including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Support the preparation and filing of VAT returns in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority guidelines.
• Generate financial statements, expense reports, and periodic accounting summaries for management review.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to uphold internal controls and streamline accounting workflows.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial records, invoices, and supporting documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Junior to mid-level experience in a similar accounting role.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and standard bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in Tally or comparable accounting software is a distinct advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a professional, positive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow within the role.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary: AED 5,000+ per month (Negotiable based on experience)
