Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors promptly and make them feel comfortable on arrival.
• Offer refreshments and provide courteous assistance in line with showroom standards.
• Identify general enquiries and connect visitors with the appropriate sales consultant or team member.
• Keep reception and guest areas tidy, welcoming and presentable throughout operating hours.
• Communicate visitor needs clearly and support the team during busy periods.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates should enjoy helping people, communicate clearly and maintain a professional appearance and manner. Experience in hospitality, reception, retail or guest relations is useful. Reliability, discretion and an ability to remain composed during busy periods are important.
