Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead facilities-management and engineering operations across the organisation’s property and workplace portfolio.
- Oversee critical infrastructure, building systems, maintenance strategies and asset lifecycle planning.
- Set service standards for workplace experience, corporate services and related vendor-delivered activities.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, health and safety requirements and relevant regulatory obligations.
- Monitor service performance, cost, risk and resilience while identifying practical efficiency improvements.
- Lead internal teams and service partners, manage escalations and report on operational performance and priorities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Senior experience in facilities management, engineering operations, corporate services or workplace leadership is relevant.
