Executive Manager Corporate Credit Fixed Income Investments

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse corporate issuers and fixed-income opportunities using financial statements, business fundamentals and relevant market information.
• Assess credit quality, repayment capacity, industry conditions and key downside risks before recommendations are considered.
• Monitor issuer developments, portfolio exposures and market changes that could affect credit performance or investment outcomes.
• Prepare clear investment analysis, credit notes and updates for relevant decision-makers and governance forums.
• Coordinate with investment, risk, treasury and compliance colleagues to ensure decisions align with policies and approved risk appetite.
• Maintain organised records of analysis, approvals and ongoing monitoring, escalating material concerns promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring relevant experience in corporate credit, fixed-income investments, credit research or institutional financial analysis.
• Demonstrate strong financial statement analysis, risk assessment and written presentation skills.
• Apply disciplined judgement, maintain independence of thought and work within investment governance and control frameworks.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
