Description
Lead day-to-day construction and execution for the NFA project across greenfield and brownfield scopes. The role ensures fabrication, installation and related work follow approved scope, drawings, engineering design, schedule, quality requirements and the company’s safety and environmental standards.
The role requires collaboration across relevant teams, accurate documentation and early escalation of risks that may affect safety, quality or delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct construction execution and coordinate work across contractors, supervisors, project management and asset-holder teams.
- Monitor fabrication, offshore installation, pre-commissioning and mechanical completion of topsides, jackets, pipelines and related systems.
- Review method statements, inspection and test plans, schedules, drawings and contractor deliverables.
- Resolve construction interfaces and technical issues while protecting quality, safety and project milestones.
- Report progress, emerging risks and corrective actions to project leadership and coordinate handover readiness.
Requirements and Experience
- At least 15 years of experience supervising EPIC projects, including offshore construction and installation, is required.
- Experience with FEED and EPIC deliverables, brownfield modifications and contractor review is important.
- Candidates should understand quality control, engineering standards, environmental requirements and construction methods.
