Cluster Director of Revenue

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking a Cluster Director of Revenue to lead revenue optimisation across its hotel portfolio. The role is responsible for translating market intelligence, demand patterns and pricing analysis into commercial decisions that support occupancy, ADR and overall hotel revenue. The successful candidate will manage inventory and distribution strategy, monitor rates and reservations, evaluate competitor positioning, control group and low-yield allocations, and ensure rate availability across key channels. The position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Reservations and prepares forecasts, performance reports and presentations for senior leadership. The role also includes leadership of the Reservations team and identification of upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and inventory strategies to optimise occupancy, ADR and total revenue.
• Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, booking patterns and demand.
• Manage room inventory and channel strategy across the hotel portfolio.
• Monitor reservations, rates and segment/source compliance and make timely adjustments.
• Manage distribution channels, GDS availability and rate saleability.
• Control group rates, allocations, upgrades, complimentary rooms and group space.
• Prepare forecasts, revenue reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Reservations on commercial strategy.
• Lead and support the Reservations team and maintain quality standards.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of senior Reservations or Revenue leadership experience, ideally across multiple properties.
• Luxury hospitality experience is essential.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, pricing, inventory and distribution.
• Experience in multicultural and multi-property environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic and commercial thinking skills.
• Proactive leadership style with high integrity and professionalism.
