Assistant Manager-Commercial

DAMAC Properties is hiring for the Assistant Manager-Commercial role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Support commercial management of data-center cooling infrastructure packages, with responsibility for cost control, contract administration, procurement coordination and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. The role focuses on cooling systems including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, pumps, piping and related HVAC infrastructure. It also covers sourcing Capex and Opex for data-center projects, closing purchases on time, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, building vendor relationships, tracking costs and driving year-on-year efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support commercial management of data-center cooling infrastructure packages, with responsibility for cost control, contract administration, procurement coordination and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• The role focuses on cooling systems including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, cooling towers, pumps, piping and related HVAC infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial management, contracts or quantity surveying.
• Experience in data center, HVAC or large MEP infrastructure projects.
• Experience handling cooling packages such as chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps and piping systems.
