Data Center Senior Manager (BMS&ELV)

DAMAC Properties is hiring for the Data Center Senior Manager (BMS&ELV) role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Lead BMS and ELV design across hyperscale and enterprise data-center developments, taking projects from concept and detailed design through construction support, commissioning and handover. The role establishes technical standards, manages design consultants and specialist vendors, and guides multidisciplinary engineering teams. Scope includes BMS controls and system architecture, HVAC automation, power monitoring, DCIM integration, structured cabling, fibre optics, CCTV, access control and fire detection. The position also supports procurement, construction, commissioning and handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BMS and ELV design across hyperscale and enterprise data-center developments, taking projects from concept and detailed design through construction support, commissioning and handover.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of BMS and ELV engineering experience, including at least 7 years in data-center design and delivery.
• Experience owning data-center BMS design from concept, including control philosophy, Basis of Design, system architecture and specifications.
• Experience leading ELV design and integrating wider building systems.
• Strong technical leadership, team management and consultant/vendor management experience.
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Process Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP, RCDD or relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
