Senior F&B Manager

The Senior F&B Manager provides leadership for food and beverage operations and supports consistent performance across service teams and outlets. Key Responsibilities

• Lead F&B operating plans and ensure service teams work toward agreed customer, quality and business objectives.
• Monitor outlet performance, operating costs, staffing and service measures, taking action where results need improvement.
• Coach managers and supervisors, strengthen team capability and support consistent standards across operating areas.
• Maintain customer-service expectations, food presentation, cleanliness and compliance with relevant safety procedures.
• Review budgets, stock, wastage and resource use to support effective financial performance.
• Coordinate with supporting functions on supply, staffing, training and operational priorities.
• Use guest feedback and performance reporting to set improvement priorities and communicate progress to management.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in food and beverage management or comparable hospitality operations.
• Demonstrated leadership of teams, service standards and operational priorities.
• Strong commercial awareness, cost-control discipline and ability to review performance information.
• Confident communication, decision-making and cross-functional coordination skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Hospitality management or related professional training is relevant to the position.
