Sales Executive – MICE

Park Hyatt is seeking a Sales Executive - MICE for its mice sales / hospitality / business development operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions business within assigned market segments.
• Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, virtual meetings, prospecting, networking and hotel site inspections.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, destination management companies, event agencies and travel planners.
• Develop assigned accounts through structured follow-up, account planning and targeted sales initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and contracts tailored to client requirements and commercial objectives.
• Follow up on enquiries and tentative bookings to improve conversion and secure profitable business.

Requirements

• Relevant sales or hospitality business-development experience; MICE exposure preferred
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / related field
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
