Bartender, Ling Ling – Atlantis The Royal

The Bartender at Ling Ling prepares beverages and contributes to a smooth, guest-focused restaurant and bar service. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Respond to guest questions, make suitable beverage suggestions and coordinate with service colleagues to anticipate requests.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation, keeping equipment, glassware and work surfaces in good condition.
• Monitor ingredients and supplies, communicate shortages and assist with appropriate stock rotation and storage.
• Follow hygiene, safety and responsible service procedures and report any concerns to the supervisor.
• Support the wider team during busy periods by prioritizing orders and communicating clearly about service timing.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar bartending role is expected.
• WSET Level 2 or a similar recognized bar course is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative team approach are important.
• Candidates must be able to manage multiple orders and remain attentive to guest needs.
• Confidence with an international clientele and consistent attention to sanitation are essential.
