Job Overview
The Relationship Manager for the Chinese customer segment develops and maintains relationships with customers who may benefit from language-aware and culturally informed banking support. The role combines customer acquisition, account growth, service coordination and responsible product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers in the Chinese segment and understand their personal or business banking needs.
- Identify relevant account, lending, deposit and transaction-service opportunities.
- Coordinate account opening, documentation and service requests with internal teams.
- Provide clear information in appropriate language where language capability permits and is required.
- Maintain customer records, follow up on commitments and monitor relationship performance.
- Follow due-diligence, eligibility, customer-protection and confidential-data handling requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in banking, relationship management, sales or customer service is relevant.
- Mandarin or Chinese-language capability is important to the segment focus of this role.
