Officer – Cards Product (Emirati Talent)

DIB is seeking an Officer - Cards Product to support the development, management and growth of its cards portfolio in Dubai. This role is suited to an Emirati banking professional who can combine product knowledge, commercial awareness and strong coordination skills to help deliver effective card propositions and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product strategies for the cards portfolio and track performance against business objectives.
• Assist with the launch of new card propositions, programs, processes and supporting systems.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with external partners and monitor service and delivery performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, turnaround times and documentation.
• Coordinate marketing communications, promotional campaigns and initiatives designed to increase card usage and spending.
• Help resolve customer and operational issues involving process breakdowns or policy interpretation.
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend actions that strengthen the cards proposition.
• Support revenue and profitability objectives by identifying and implementing effective card value propositions.
• Ensure customer-facing documents and communications receive the required legal, compliance and Sharia approvals.
• Work closely with sales, operations, credit, branches, technology, legal, audit, collections and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Emirati national eligible for the role.
• Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant banking or financial-services experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good understanding of cards, product processes, customer journeys and banking controls.
