Job overview: Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a Assistant Relationship Manager, Elite (UAE National) to join its banking team in the United Arab Emirates. Support relationship managers serving elite and wealth-management customers. The role assists with client servicing, investment and banking product coordination, business development and the completion of required regulatory checks. The successful candidate will work with colleagues and stakeholders to support reliable service, sound decisions and the bank’s operating standards. This vacancy is intended for UAE Nationals.
Key responsibilities
- Support relationship managers in maintaining client relationships and responding to customer instructions.
- Identify opportunities within existing portfolios and participate in acquisition, referral and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with cross-selling investment products, insurance, deposits, treasury solutions and lending products.
- Coordinate transactions and service requests with Operations, Custody, Treasury, Compliance and other support teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and conduct periodic file reviews in line with KYC, AML, FATCA and CRS requirements.
- Prepare portfolio summaries and management reports, and support audits and regulatory reviews.
Requirements and qualifications
- This position is reserved for a UAE National.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking or a related field.
- CISI, CFA Level I, CWM or equivalent professional certification is desirable.
- Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Priority Banking, Investment Advisory Support or Relationship Management.
