The Senior Manager – Commercial & Strategy supports landbank and master-development decisions through feasibility analysis, portfolio forecasting and valuation review. The role provides robust commercial insight for new projects, asset planning and capital allocation, ensuring recommendations are defensible and grounded in market evidence, realistic assumptions and development objectives.
Dubai Holding Land Estates seeks a dependable professional who can work collaboratively, exercise good judgement and help improve results over time. Solutions should be useful, secure and measurable, with appropriate human oversight and a clear understanding of data limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility assessments for projects and masterplans at pre-concept or concept stage.
- Analyse portfolio performance and forecast landbank outcomes to inform strategy and capital allocation.
- Review third-party valuation and inspection reports for accuracy, completeness and market benchmarking.
- Build or oversee financial models and market valuations for current and potential assets.
- Prepare commercial recommendations, assumptions and sensitivities for senior management decision-making.
- Coordinate with development, finance, planning and external advisory teams to strengthen analysis and delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in commercial strategy, real-estate finance, valuation, feasibility analysis or land development.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and market-analysis capability.
- Ability to assess third-party advice and explain assumptions, risks and sensitivities.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder-management and project-coordination skills.
- Sound commercial judgement and attention to detail.
