AI Graduate Programme

Join a 12-month graduate development programme designed to build practical understanding of artificial intelligence, emerging technology and workplace leadership. The programme offers both technology and non-technology learning tracks and provides work-based exposure across UAE offices for graduates preparing for the next stage of their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning and practical work-based training throughout the programme.
• Explore artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and relevant business applications.
• Contribute to assigned projects in a selected technology or non-technology track.
• Work with colleagues across areas such as IT, technology, HR, consumer, sales, finance, strategy, operations or business.
• Develop professional, communication and leadership skills through guided learning.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an institution accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education.
• Open to all majors and specialisations.
• Up to two years of professional experience.
• Graduated within the last two years.
• GPA of 3 or higher.
• Passion for learning and contributing to digital transformation.
