Assistant Manager – E-Commerce (Apparel, Marketplace)

Landmark Group is hiring an Assistant Manager for E-Commerce focused on the Babyshop Apparel Marketplace. The role is responsible for expanding baby and kids apparel brands, onboarding third-party suppliers and growing marketplace accounts under consignment, back-to-back or outright models. The position combines business development, supplier management, product listing, commercial analysis and operational coordination across territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow sales from existing suppliers through timely ordering, promotions and account management.
• Coordinate new product listings and ensure marketplace assortment is updated on schedule.
• Develop new vendors and brands in assigned territories using appropriate commercial models.
• Coordinate supplier contracts with Legal and internal stakeholders.
• Manage supplier shipments and help prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Coordinate joint promotions and ensure related credit notes are processed with Finance.
• Train back-to-back suppliers to use the company ordering portal.
• Prepare monthly supplier sales reports for consignment and back-to-back businesses.
• Coordinate supplier payments with territory Finance teams.
• Manage ageing issues for outright purchases through returns or liquidation actions.
• Support creation of new supplier accounts and maintain weekly sales files.
• Review pricing, margins, unapproved items and out-of-stock products and take corrective action.
• Ensure product listings are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduation in Business Management.
• 3 years of apparel marketplace experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Creative and imaginative approach to solving business problems.
• Experience launching international brands or taking brands into new markets is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate across suppliers, legal, finance, operations and e-commerce teams.
