Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager leads pricing strategy and execution to support revenue, competitiveness and sustainable commercial performance. The role evaluates market conditions, demand patterns, customer segments and business objectives to set appropriate pricing actions. It works closely with commercial, sales, network, finance and revenue-management teams to understand results and respond to changing conditions. The position requires sound analytical judgement, structured decision-making and the ability to explain pricing recommendations clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies and guidance aligned with revenue targets, market demand and commercial priorities.
• Review price performance, competitor conditions, demand trends and customer response to identify opportunities or risks.
• Coordinate pricing actions with commercial and revenue-management teams and ensure relevant stakeholders understand changes.
• Use reporting and analysis to evaluate the effect of pricing decisions and refine future recommendations.
• Support governance, documentation and consistency in pricing processes across relevant markets or product areas.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial analysis or airline-related business functions.
• A degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics or a related field is appropriate.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and confidence working with large datasets and performance reports.
• Ability to balance customer, market and financial considerations while communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
